Your Role & Responsibilities:

Chairside Assistance:

Provide high-quality chairside support (minimum two days per week)

Leadership & Supervision:

Lead, mentor, and support a team of dental nurses

Operations Management:

Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursing team, ensuring efficiency

Compliance & Standards:

Maintain strict infection control protocols and ensure regulatory compliance

Scheduling & Workflow:

Manage staff rotas and optimise workflow to enhance productivity

Training & Development:

Support junior dental nurses' growth and skill development

Patient-Centric Approach:

Collaborate with the wider dental team to ensure aseamless patient experience

Strive for Excellence:

Maintain the highest standards of patient care and service delivery

What We're Looking For:

GDC Registration - Essential 7+ years of experience in a private or mixed dental practice 2+ years of experience leading a team Excellent interpersonal and communication skills A proactive, patient-focused approach with a can-do attitude A personable and professional chairside manner Experience working in a fast-paced environment Sedation & Implant Trained

Job Type:

Full-time (40 hours per week)

Salary:

30,160 - 38,280 per annum

Pattern:

Monday to Friday (alternative Saturdays)


The salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors, including the scope required, relevant experience, and job-related skills. At Zental, cash salary is only one component of our Total Rewards Package, which may also include paid performance incentives for eligible roles
