Head Cocktail Bartender
Job Description
Alcotraz Cardiff is looking for a Head Mixologist.
Existing knowledge and experience of making high quality cocktails at high speed is essential
This immersive cocktail experience has been open since the end of 2023 and we are in need of a head mixologist to work majority of shifts, predominantly across Friday and Saturdays, with additional midweek shifts.
Working at Alcotraz allows you to be at your most creative. No menus!
Guests smuggle in their favourite liquor and it's on you to understand their likes and dislikes and serve 4 rounds of delicious, personalised cocktails.
Speed is important too as each experience is around 1 hour 45 minutes and you could be serving up to 15 guests (60 cocktails) across various group sizes in that time.

Hours per week: Approx 15-30 hours for the head bartender, leading a team of supporting bartenders who have 5-20 hours available with lots of flexibility each week.
Pay: 15.50 an hour.
