A lovely opportunity for a creative, adaptable, food led Head Chef.
My client runs the catering arm of a beautiful Independent School in South London, and is looking for a passionate Head Chef to manage the day to day, cooking for up to 600 students and staff at the school, and leading a large team.
Cooking lunch and snacks for everyone at the school, this role also includes some hospitality, so if you\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a unique challenge, with a really nice work/life balance, and an opportunity to flex your creative muscles, then THIS IS FOR YOU!
You will oversee the management of the kitchen, developing memorable, creative dishes and experiences for students and staff, working intimately with the seasons, creating all meals and snacks from scratch.

- As Head Chef oversee the prep and serving of meals for all students and staff
- Very hands on, cooking daily
- Working closely with the Catering Manager and Executive Chef
- Oversee all Admin, mainly due diligence and ordering, menu planning
- Leading the team, producing incredible, produce led food
- Recent Experience at minimum Head Chef Level in a from scratch kitchen
- Experience in High Volume
- Right to Work in UK
- Full DBS Check
