Working within a passionate family run team alongside our established Kitchen Manager as we look to develop our offering further to include events & more to the Fylde Coast.
Planning and preparing the best smoked meats is needed along with a desire to grow along with the many things coming with this long-term project.

The Venue
We have now launched successfully on the busy (M55) route to Blackpool from Preston (Junction 3). Offering our guests a home away from home, delicious Louisiana & Texas inspired food, nearly world famous burgers & dogs, real ales, craft Lagers and a very well stocked wine cellar.
