We are seeking talented and passionate Head Chef to join our culinary team. As Head chef you will be responsible for supervising kitchen staff, ensuring food safety standards are met, and delivering high-quality meals that delight our guests. Responsibilities

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and service. Supervise and train kitchen staff, promoting teamwork and collaboration. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery. Preparation of meals, ensuring quality and presentation meet established standards. Address any customer feedback or concerns promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.

Skills

Proven experience in a restaurant/pub setting with a strong understanding of culinary techniques. Excellent leadership abilities with experience in team management and supervising staff. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Ability to create diverse menus that cater to various dietary requirements. Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail in food preparation and presentation. A passion for hospitality and providing outstanding customer service. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
