As Head Chef at the Garden Bar in Monton you'll lead the way in creating a kitchen to be proud of. You'll be inspiring your team, instilling the passion that ensures all the food that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standard. Managing all areas of the kitchen, you'll keep our guests coming back for more.

What you'll get up to?



Manage the day-to-day kitchen operations to ensure high food quality and consistency across the menu Lead and manage a team of chefs, assigning tasks and ensuring shifts run smoothly Ensure health and safety guidelines are strictly followed Manage stock, order supplies, control inventory, and minimise waste Ensure timely preparation of dishes and coordinate with front-of-house staff for smooth service Handle kitchen issues efficiently and resolve any challenges that arise Train and develop kitchen staff, ensuring a positive work environment
Requirements

You will be an experienced Head Chef or Kitchen Manager and have experience working to spec. You will be committed to delivering consistent results, maintaining high standards of food preparation, follow health and safety guidelines and will lead your team with a focus on collaboration and efficiency.

Pay: 38,000.00-45,000.00 per year depending on experience this including Troc
