Head Chef - Kitchen Manager
The View Bar & Kitchen is a busy sports bar with a function room and bedrooms. We are searching for an experienced head chef/kitchen manager to join the team, previous experience of running events will be an advantage.
Requirements/ Responsibilities for Head Chef:
Our ideal candidate will:
Have previous experience in a busy kitchen, experience of catering for events is highly desirable. Menu Planning and Developments- creating new menus and modifying existing ones, ensuring quality standards are met. Food Preparation and Quality: Overseeing food preparation and cooking, ensuring dishes are prepared according to recipes and standard Have previous experience of working in a small but fast paced kitchen Have the highest standards of food hygiene and cleanliness.
