## Job Overview
We are seeking a Head chef to join our team at our Seafood Oyster restaurant in Doncaster Market. You will need to be self motivated and capable of running the kitchen on your own including food prep, ordering, and menu creation in the near future. The kitchen is busy between 12-2pm and we open 4 days a week with the occasional evening(fri or sat dependent on bookings) The ideal candidate will be able to handle health and safety paperwork, waste management and admin requirements for the kitchen in addition to up to 90 covers a day on our busy days.
## Duties
- The preparation and cooking of various dishes
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and organisation
- Achieve a high level of meal preparation and presentation
## Requirements
- Experience working in a restaurant kitchen as head chef
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Pay: 16.00-24.00 per hour
