We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our vibrant team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages while providing exceptional customer service. Your role will involve creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers, ensuring that each drink is crafted to perfection, and maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the trailer

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, following established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, including equipment and utensils. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality. Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times. Collaborate with team members to create a positive working environment and assist where needed.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Barista is essential! Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing orders accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous. A friendly disposition with a willingness to help others, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required. Previous experience as a Head Barista is preferred but not essential!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.39-14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
