We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Higher Education Coordinator to join our Higher Education team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of business processes related to the student lifecycle within a dynamic and collaborative setting. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around the administration of regulations and compliance, as well as the efficient coordination of Higher Education (HE) Examination Boards, ensuring accurate recording and reporting of assessment results. Additionally, you will be responsible for data collection, analysis, and reporting against key performance indicators (KPIs).
You will coordinate and oversee various aspects of the student lifecycle from enquiry to enrolment, and graduation. Collaborating with relevant departments to streamline processes and ensuring compliance with the relevant policies and regulations.
The successful candidate should have excellent attention to detail, excellent communication skills, have a strong knowledge of MS Office applications and be able to work proactively to plan for deadlines. Previous experience in an administrative role is essential.
