Job Description

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and multi-skilled handyman with experience in a wide range of general maintenance and repair tasks. Our handyman will be responsible for completing repairs and maintenance across our Infinityblu Dental Practices located in Perthshire, Stirlingshire, Fife, and the Scottish Borders.

We rely on you to ensure that our dental practices are kept in excellent condition.

This is a permanent, full-time position, working Monday to Friday.

Salary will be based on experience.

Job Responsibilities:

- Arrange a working schedule for necessary repairs and maintenance

- Set up and oversee projects to completion, ensuring high standards are met

- Liaise with our facilities manager regarding required projects

- Ensure the safe use of equipment

- Proactively address call-outs and repairs

- A general knowledge of Dental Equipment would be advantageous, however training will be provided for basic repairs and maintenance

We are looking for candidates who:

- Are multi-skilled across various trades

- Have general knowledge of basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, decorating, and basic electrical work

- Understand health and safety practices in the workplace

- Are professional, reliable, and flexible

- Have a general knowledge of dental equipment (advantageous, but training will be provided for basic repairs and maintenance)

Candidates must hold a full, clean driver's license and have the ability to commute across a wide geographical area. A van will be provided for work purposes. Our ideal candidate would live within a reasonable travel distance of these areas.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From 15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
