Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Hall Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our front-of-house operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of guest services, including food preparation and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

- Provide outstanding hospitality and guest services to all patrons.
- Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards.
- Support the kitchen staff in various culinary tasks as required.
- Engage with guests to upsell menu items and enhance their dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, ensuring it is presentable at all times.
- Handle basic maths for processing orders and managing transactions efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and provide assistance as needed.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly disposition are vital for this role.
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A willingness to learn and adapt within a dynamic team setting.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
