We are seeking talented Beauty Therapists and Hair Stylists to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to grow with us, contribute to the development of the salon, and build lasting relationships with clients. We welcome both employed candidates and independent professionals interested in chair rental arrangements. Chair rental allows beauty professionals to operate with greater flexibility while benefiting from the salon's premium environment and clientele.

Hair Extensions:

We are particularly looking for stylists with expertise in hair extensions. Whether you're experienced in classic, tape-in, micro-link, or fusion extensions, we'd love to have you as part of the team. If you specialise in other types of extensions, please feel free to highlight this in your application. You'll be able to offer your services to our clientele, and we're also open to stylists who already have their own clients. Having an existing client base is desirable, as it will help you establish yourself more quickly within the salon.

Hair Stylists (cutting, colouring, extensions, bridal hair) Lash Technicians Brow Technicians Makeup Artists (MUA) Massage Therapists Nail Technicians Wellness Practitioners Aestheticians
Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultations:

Engage with clients to understand their needs, offering expert advice and personalised recommendations.

Build Client Base:

Actively work to develop and retain your own client base through excellent service and engagement.

Service Delivery:

Provide top-quality treatments and services within your area of expertise.

Hair Extensions:

If you specialise in hair extensions, offer personalised consultations and services to clients seeking extensions.

Product Knowledge:

Advise clients on suitable products to maintain and enhance their results at home.

Customer Service:

Ensure each client has a positive, professional, and enjoyable experience.

Salon Maintenance:

Contribute to keeping the salon environment clean, organised, and welcoming.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with your colleagues and management to ensure smooth operations.

Continuous Learning:

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and take advantage of training opportunities.
Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years' experience in your chosen beauty or hair discipline. Multi-skilled candidates are highly desirable. Strong work ethic and passion for the beauty industry. Excellent communication and customer service skills. A professional appearance and ability to deliver high-quality service. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends. A team-focused attitude. An existing client base is desirable but not essential. Experience in other hospitality roles (e.g., barista, bar settings) would be advantageous, but not required.
