Job Overview

As a Gymnastics Coach, you will play a vital role in fostering a love for the sport while helping individuals of all abilities develop their skills. Your role will include planning and leading training sessions, ensuring a positive and supportive environment, and promoting sportsmanship and teamwork. You will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on your gymnasts' growth, both athletically and personally, through your passion, patience, and expertise.

Role and Responsibilities

Conduct Gymnastics training sessions for children alongside a team of coaches.

Teach fundamental Gymnastics skills including flexibility, balance and strength.

Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and positive attitudes.

Provide constructive feedback and individual attention to every individual.

Foster a fun, engaging, and inclusive learning environment for all participants.

Ensure the safety and well-being of all gymnasts during practice.

Communicate effectively with parents/guardians about their child's progress using Course pro.

Adapt coaching methods to accommodate different age groups and skill levels.

Stay current with Gymnastics coaching techniques, rules, and industry standards.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Level 2 Coaching certification or relevant credentials (required).

First Aid and Safeguarding certification

Work Experience and Skills

Prior experience in Gymnastics coaching, particularly with children and youth.

Strong understanding of Gymnastics fundamentals and strategies

Patience and enthusiasm for working with children and beginners.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to motivate and inspire gymnasts of all ages and abilities.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.20-22.14 per hour
