Jonathan Lee Recruitment is helping a respected company recruit a Music Category Manager, and the role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package. This full-time category management role is based in Northampton and offers a favourable salary and the chance to be part of a positive and diverse workplace culture.

As a Product Music Category Manager, you will take lead responsibility for the company\'s Home/Studio product category.

In your first few weeks in this Product Category Manager role, you can expect to:

• Develop innovative content for the Home/Studio category to engage consumers, staff and retailers
• Be the on-screen face and demonstrate products in video and live trade shows
• Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style and quality, and optimised for consumers
• Deliver content requirements set by brand management
• Communicate launch plans, ETAs, new product production schedules and relevant product information to the company as required

To apply for this Music Category Manager role, you will need to demonstrate genuine enthusiasm for our products and be the go-to resource for \'all things\' Home/Studio product-related. You will also require the following:

• The ability to play the electric guitar (In order to promoted our products)
• The passion and confidence to promote our products by video and live trade shows
• Working knowledge of MS Office, music DAWs (Digital Audio Workstations) and CRM systems
• Possess the desire and drive to continual self-improvement in all relevant areas
• Video recording and editing experience
