Deliver a five star VIP Front of House service to the Glasgow corporate building.

To ensure guests receive a warm welcome to MMC in compliance with the MMC Security Policy, building requirements and Health and Safety Regulations.
To take pride In your appearance, presenting yourself in a highly polished and well groomed fashion at all times in accordance with MMC grooming standards.
To ensure all Reception, Mailroom and Facilities processes and procedures are adhered to at all times.
To assist in any other reasonable duties as required by your colleagues, managers or clients.
Main Duties
To have good building knowledge for assisting in customer and business enquiries.
Report issues through the FM Helpdesk as and when they occur, ensuring that all service requests reported are monitored and completed satisfactorily.
Receive objectives and projects from management team and work together to achieve the service excellence.
Be flexible in approach to work requirements in order to maintain the standards required as a Mitie employee.
Be familiar with all fire, emergency and health and safety procedures that apply to the site acting as Fire Marshall in case of evacuation.
Ability to identify and escalate building maintenance issues/hazard perception and inform MMC Management when necessary.
Raise PO's and process orders following iProcurement procedures. Provide procurement support for other offices when required.
SHE Co-Ordinator for Glasgow - maintain records.
Ability to carry out basic maintenance tasks.
Liaise with engineering contractors whilst on site, ensuring Health & Safety is followed and correct work is carried out.
Efficiently report and maintain, IT and H&S concerns to relevant departments.
Resolve / report printer issues and maintain supplies.
Carry out monthly PUWER, WPI inspections.
Monitor MMC Health & Safety Inbox, picking up any DSE requirements and seeing each case through to delivery and installation - Following set procedures and processes.
To handle any complaints and provide a swift solution or escalate as appropriate.

What we are looking for
Experienced in delivering VIP customer service in a corporate / hospitality environment.
Experienced in Contract Management / Facilities.
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
Competence in computers and software packages including MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
The ability to interact confidently with all levels of business and clients.
Proactive and forward thinking approach to work, demonstrating adaptability and a desire to improve on existing working practices.
Strongly self motivated individual possessing a can do attitude and a drive to learn.
A positive, outgoing personality looking to be part of a strong and established team.
The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain an orderly work environment
Collaborating well with others and contributing to a positive team environment
* IOSH Level preferable but training provided.
