Salary: \xc2\xa335k + Bonus

No late night shifts! Shifts from 8 am \xe2\x80\x93 8 pm

The Company

We are so excited to be recruiting and Guest Experience Manager for the UK\xe2\x80\x99s number 1 trampoline park operator. This role will be based at their Acton site which has recently gone through a complete park refurbishment. Giving it a new look and atmosphere, pushing the business to new height. This is a leisure role not to be missed.

As a Guest Experience Manager, you will be responsible for the running of the park activities, the team delivering this experience and responsible for the guest journey from arrival to departure. A big part of this role will have focus on health & Safety and park standards. Ensuring the site is safe and fun for all staff and guests. This role is very hands on a fast paced. We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who thrive under pressure and make every moment count when delivering an unforgettable experience to guests.

The Job

• Ensure guests have maximum opportunities to enjoy their chosen activity.
• Staff training to deliver professional, fun, confident, positive, and safe interactions with both adults and youngsters.
• Incoming party sales lead conversion.
• Ensuring brilliant basics of safety, cleaning, and park presentation
• Main point of contact for guest enquiries via phone & email
• Organisation of stock to always ensure full availability.
• Shift Patterns: Opening and closing of the facility and you will be required to work weekends as part of the role. Hours of work are between 8am - 8 pm

Requirements

• Friendly & enthusiastic character
• Experience working with children.
• At least 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 management experience
• Great customer service & a passion for people \xe2\x80\x93 can you deliver moments that matter.
• Organised and can stay on top of admin.
• Excellent IT and written skills
