Purpose:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Lead to join our growth team in building and enhancing the growth engine of our fintech product. As the Product Lead for Growth, you will be responsible for driving acquisition loops and engagement loops that propel the growth of our product. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data analytics, design, and marketing, to develop and execute growth strategies that accelerate user acquisition, drive engagement, and increase user retention. What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing:
\xe2\x97\x8f Collaborate with the growth team and other key stakeholders to define and refine the growth engine for our product, focusing on developing acquisition and engagement loops to fuel user growth and retention
\xe2\x97\x8f Conduct thorough analysis of user behavior, market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product enhancements
\xe2\x97\x8f Develop and implement scalable acquisition strategies, including referral programs, viral features, and partnership integrations to attract new users and enhance network effects
\xe2\x97\x8f Design and implement engagement mechanisms, leveraging product features, notifications, personalized experiences and gamification techniques to increase user engagement and overall product stickiness
\xe2\x97\x8f Manage the release of new features and drive execution of the growth product roadmap
\xe2\x97\x8f Lead data-driven experimentation and A/B testing initiatives to optimize acquisition loops, engagement loops and conversions funnels, utilizing techniques such as conversion rate optimization, user segmentation and funnel analysis
\xe2\x97\x8f Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives, track relevant metrics, and provide regular reports and insights to senior management, highlighting areas for improvement and growth potential.
\xe2\x97\x8f Work closely with engineering, data analytics, design, and marketing teams to align growth initiatives with product development, marketing campaigns, and user experience improvements, ensuring seamless execution and a cohesive growth strategy.
\xe2\x97\x8f Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in growth product, growth marketing and fintech, researching and applying innovative growth strategies to gain a competitive edge.
\xe2\x97\x8f Provide guidance, coaching, and support to foster a high-performance culture and drive impactful growth outcomes.
Requirements
What you\xe2\x80\x99ll need:
\xe2\x97\x8f Proven track record and experience in product management, preferably in fintech, e-commerce or gaming industries.
\xe2\x97\x8f Deep understanding of growth hacking techniques, user acquisition strategies, conversion rate optimization, and retention strategies.
\xe2\x97\x8f Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
\xe2\x97\x8f Experience with product experimentation, A/B testing, and using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar.
\xe2\x97\x8f Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate growth strategies and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
\xe2\x97\x8f Strong leadership skills with a track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving projects to successful completion.
\xe2\x97\x8f Passion for fintech, financial services, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
\xe2\x97\x8f Scrappy get-it-done mindset to take products and features from 0 to 1
\xe2\x97\x8f Strong customer empathy and experience shaping product direction and execution based on customer needs
\xe2\x97\x8f A hunger to tackle complicated and impactful product & business problems
Locations: Hybrid working. Office location can be London or Leeds.
