About the role Encouraged to break new frontiers, Growth Partnerships at Revolut is at the front line of diversifying and increasing profit for the business as a whole. These teams work across industries and areas to present various creative options for new revenue streams
Responsible for every pitch from inception to delivery, they also ensure that all new ideas are viable from a business perspective. Though individual specialists are spread across the business supporting different teams in their growth, they still come together as a function to align on key areas as often as necessary.
We\'re looking for a Growth Partnerships - Business Development Manager who\'s brave enough to take responsibility for getting the deal done A sharp mind who\'ll get detailed knowledge and understanding of every aspect of the Revolut product and services. Someone to relentlessly pursue new opportunities and close those already in the pipeline. A complete end-to-end finisher who always pushes projects to implementation.

What you\'ll be doing

  • Owning end-to-end partnerships and sponsorships strategy
  • Leading the development of a compelling sponsorship programme for Revolut globally
  • Negotiating sponsorship rights and contracts with right holders, structuring deals to unlock joint value in near and long term
  • Developing business cases and creative partnership structures to successfully close deals
  • Building marketing and GTM plans, working closely with creative teams and agencies
  • Overseeing execution of sponsorship and partnership agreements, making sure all commitments are met in a timely manner
  • Managing and growing relationships with partners
  • Tracking, measuring, and reporting on results and return on investment for all sponsorship initiatives
  • Developing annual activation plans and experiential activities, making sure all rights and assets are leveraged 100%
  • Working with internal stakeholders, including other growth teams, product, communications & PR, operations, and legal to ensure a smooth and timely campaign implementation
What you\'ll need
  • 5 years of experience in a fast-paced growth environment
  • Experience managing sponsorship campaigns end to end (from contract negotiation to delivery of campaigns)
  • A strong professional network, including right holders and agency contacts
  • Experience developing and delivering creative multi-platform campaigns
  • A solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end to end
  • Excellent people and relationship building skills, across all seniority levels
  • Excellent negotiation skills and logic in prioritising projects
Nice to have
  • Experience with SQL, Python, or R
Compensation range
  • Lithuania: 4,600 - 6,000 gross monthly*
  • Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate\'s qualifications, skills, and previous experience
