We're looking for a creative, commercially-driven Growth Marketing Manager to expand and delight our consumer customer base - Personal Savings.
You'll be responsible for managing the complete customer life cycle: go-to-market activities, acquisition and conversion, activation, cross-sell, up-sell, retention, and engagement.
Collaborating closely with Product, Finance,Commercial and with support of a fully-fledged Marketing team, you'll bring innovative growth initiatives to life and build commercial data-driven reports to determine their success.
From email, SEO, paid and programmatic, to partnerships and affiliates, you'll be given complete ownership and autonomy to activate omnichannel campaigns across the entire funnel and customer journey. Working within the Personal Savings leadership team, youwill be pivotal to design the unit growth strategy.Your role will include proactively working with your stakeholders and broader team to determine what success is and how to reach it, within set budgets and timeframes.
As an ideal candidate, you'll be execution-focused, analytical, and imaginative, wanting to break down the barriers between entrepreneurs, savers, and their bank. You'll be adept at using marketing technology for automation, optimisation, and analytics, andare constantly bringing in new techand approaches that will propel our growth and best support customer outcomes.
