Duties

Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities. Collaborate with digital design freelancers. Analyse market data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Create, develop, manage, and optimise marketing campaigns across various channels. Ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives and target audience needs. Design and execute email marketing campaigns to engage and nurture leads. Monitor and optimise email performance metrics. Effective management of leads in preparation for Business Development Managers (BDM) using the CRM. Improve conversion rate improvements for other CTA's such as form fills and meeting bookings through continuous monitoring and optimisation.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a similar marketing role. Experience working with digital design freelancers. Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset. Proficiency in advertising platforms (Google/LinkedIn). Experience with email marketing tools and CRM systems. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
