GP Strategies are now looking for a Growth Manager to develop and execute the strategic direction of key GP business development initiatives. With responsibility for the full range of business pursuits, including identification of markets and clients, negotiation, and deal closure, you\xe2\x80\x99ll develop and maintain business relationships with clients to fuel GP\xe2\x80\x99s Learning Experience services.
This role can be undertaken on a fully remote basis and will include regular travel to client meetings and events within the EMEA region.

What we need
We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for someone who is experienced in creating long term and successful client partnerships and who thrives in a consultative sales culture. A track record of consultative and conceptual selling would be a great asset, together with a background in HR, OD and/or training processes.
