Job Description

Minimum qualifications:



Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 10 years of experience in product management or a related technical role. 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch. 5 years of experience in people management, with technical leadership.

Preferred qualifications:



Familiarity with hardware, device software, operating systems, silicon and other foundational blocks of the stack. Ability to think strategically and execute methodically. Excellent user experience intuition, with demonstrated success in inventing innovative and user-friendly products. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Responsibilities



Build and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Define and implement a strategic outlook for the health and fitness experience of millions of Fitbit Trackers and Pixel Watches. Develop strategic evaluation frameworks for prioritizing focus areas based on understanding user needs, competitor analysis and industry trends. Partner closely with Engineering, UX, Research, and Marketing teams to ensure successful product development and launch. Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Google, including wearables, Android, Wear and research, and effectively communicate product outlook, strategy, and progress to leadership and key stakeholders.
