A great salary + company car and fantastic benefits!What Youll Be DoingAcquisitions & Resales Conduct due diligence, oversee acquisitions, and ensure a smooth process from opportunity to post-completion.
Stakeholder Management Be the key link between teams, working closely with brand MDs, BDMs, legal, and franchisees.
Training & Support Help onboard new franchisees, attend their first week, and deliver key training elements.
Compliance & Accounting Support Provide hands-on support for franchisees needing help with accounting and compliance.
Process Adherence Ensure all SLA and compliance standards are met.
Travel & On-Site Support Visit offices across the UK to support franchisees, implement action plans, and improve operations.What Were Looking Forxe2x9cx85 Experience in an estate agency & accounting (essential).
