Are you passionate about hospitality and delivering magic guest service? We now have an exciting opportunity to assist in the delivery of magic service, within the role of Group Marketing Manager


as a Group Marketing Manager you will be required to

master the art of versatility

and

inject some energy

whilst completing a variety of duties. The main duties expected within the role are:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Switch Management's business goals and brand identity. Oversee the consistency and integrity of the Switch Management's brand across all channels and touchpoints. Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and experiential initiatives to assist in achieving our business goals in line with the marketing strategy. Manage the company's online presence, including website content, SEO, PPC, and social media platforms. Produce compelling content including photography & video that resonates with our target audiences and reinforces our market positioning. Responsible for the CRM platforms across the divisions, ensuring guest rich profiling and segmentation Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies. Researching and being aware of the competitor activity. Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Work closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign execution. To attend any training or communication meetings as required. Establish KPIs and utilise analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies accordingly, setting measurable marketing goals and showing the ROI (return on investment). Developing monthly reports on marketing activity. Support the tracking of the Marketing Budget against spend, including raising POs and ensuring compliance with finance regulations.
