Responsible for ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of global brand and design. Increasing brand effectiveness and productivity by providing consistent standardised content through speed to execution and centralisation. The role should deliver and support brand disciplines as well as ensuring \'Commercial Excellence\' adoption. Assure brand governance and provide the visible identity across the IQ-EQ brand portfolio. Lead the development of the IQ-EQ brand strategy and architecture and oversee the development of tools, guidelines, training, and governance framework to ensure consistency of brand implementation. Lead the teams responsible for the brand and creative strategy for any internal or external IQ-EQ brand campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Management

  • Leading and training the internal IQ-EQ brand champions, ensuring the adoption of key brand principles
  • Creating an education programme on brand guidelines and tone of voice to roll out across IQ-EQ at all different levels
Centralisation / Content
  • Maintain and evolve content management whilst providing a toolkit repository for IQ-EQ teams
  • Design compelling and high-quality stock differentiating content to ensure speed to market and front-line differentiation
  • Manage, maintain, and support the evolution of an IQ-EQ Toolkit as the central global repository
Sales and Proposal Management
  • Collaborate and partner with sales leaders and frontline team to support the IQ-EQ sales process through client-centric design
  • Design and build centralised core library of IQ-EQ stock material for use across the sales journey
  • Influence and implement tools to deliver first-class \'best-on-the-street\' proposals, e.g: interactive proposals, videos etc. work with other team members on creative requirements as required.
Events and Campaigns
  • Partner with IQ-EQ Events team to build brand strength within event execution
  • Support the IQ-EQ Events team by presenting creative concepts and context for ideas to integrate into events
  • Oversee and support the development and deployment of brand and content strategy
  • Manage and support the design of internal and external IQ-EQ event collateral and visual assets
Qualifications

Core Skills and Knowledge Required
  • Senior experience in Design, Brand, & Communications, with specific technical experience in brand implementation, rebranding, and creative direction
  • Influence processes and best practices by proactively looking to improve the tools in which IQ-EQ teams work with and research and adopt new ideas that allow IQ-EQ to stay ahead of the curve
  • Experience working directly with leadership - to understand their vision, identifying and executing their priorities while being a subject matter expert
  • Experience working directly with senior leaders and stakeholders to build brand and design into their strategies
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to motivate and support team and leadership through change
  • Ability to leverage teams across IQ-EQ that may lay outside direct reporting lines
  • Ability to cope with multiple priorities and coordinate the efforts of others to bring a project to closure
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and to a tight deadline ensuing timely speed to execution
Leadership and Teamwork required
  • Must possess natural ability to lead teams to new heights of excellence - including the ability to recruit and replace as required
  • To be a hands-on team player who is flexible and adaptable across a range of tasks
  • Ability to motivate and coach high performance talent whilst leading, and supporting all team members
  • Lead initiatives to streamline operating models, and improve efficiencies and effectiveness
  • Lead a team with the appropriate values and behaviour and ensure the team demonstrate qualities in how they interact with all parties internally and externally
  • To provide open and transparent communication channels across the teams
  • To detect, prevent and eliminate potentials risks and liabilities to the business
