Responsible for ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of global brand and design. Increasing brand effectiveness and productivity by providing consistent standardised content through speed to execution and centralisation. The role should deliver and support brand disciplines as well as ensuring \'Commercial Excellence\' adoption. Assure brand governance and provide the visible identity across the IQ-EQ brand portfolio. Lead the development of the IQ-EQ brand strategy and architecture and oversee the development of tools, guidelines, training, and governance framework to ensure consistency of brand implementation. Lead the teams responsible for the brand and creative strategy for any internal or external IQ-EQ brand campaigns.
