. You will be responsible for developing and executing campaigns across CRM, digital, and offline channels -- with
Microsoft Dynamics
at the heart of delivery and measurement, and a strong use of
AI tools
to optimise content, segmentation, and lead scoring.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Oversight Across All Brands
Design and deliver data-led marketing strategies that directly support commercial goals
Leverage
Microsoft Dynamics CRM
for campaign automation, customer segmentation, audience journeys, and lead lifecycle management
Implement AI-powered tools for content creation, campaign optimisation, and predictive analytics
Monitor and report on key KPIs including conversion rates, campaign ROI, and engagement metrics
Own marketing dashboards and present insights that drive decision-making across operations, leadership, and sales
Landscaping Company
Lead local lead-generation efforts using data-backed targeting strategies
Manage regional campaign variations and A/B testing to improve conversion
Build and track local brand visibility through digital and print
Carbon-Negative Kitchen Start-Up
Define and implement brand identity and tone of voice from launch
Execute AI-supported campaigns across email, web, paid ads, and social, aligned to early adopter audiences
Develop digital funnels with integrated tracking to support product pre-sales, inquiries, and conversions
EGN Services
Support brand growth through investor-targeted content and CRM-driven nurture campaigns
Deliver clear analytics reporting to support pitch decks and investor updates
Maintain and optimise website content and visibility through data and AI insight
What We're Looking For
3+ years' experience in a marketing role with a focus on CRM, analytics, and measurable outcomes
Strong working knowledge of
Microsoft Dynamics CRM
for campaign execution, segmentation, and reporting
Confident using
AI tools
such as ChatGPT, Jasper, SurferSEO, or similar to support scalable content and campaign analysis
Excellent analytical skills with experience building performance dashboards (Excel, Power BI, or CRM-native tools)
Hands-on digital marketing experience including email, social, and SEO
Strong written communication and brand storytelling ability
Bonus: Familiarity with Adobe, Canva, HubSpot, or automation platforms
