Essential Criteria

Level 3 CCLD or equivalent Enthusiasm for CCPD 2 yrs childcare experience

Desirable Criteria

2 yrs+ childcare experience in a group leader role First Aid / Paediatric First Aid Child Protection Training Food Safety Training Health and Safety Qualification Forest School Qualification Clean driver's licence

Main Purpose of Job

Supervise the day to day care and education of young children. Plan activities, complete developmental reports, liaise with parents, direct nursery assistants. To work as part of a team and lead by example in providing a safe, caring, happy and stimulating environment for the children in our care. To ensure that the high standards of care, service, safety and hygiene are maintained according to Hillcrest policies, procedures and routines Contribute to the day to day care and education of young children.
