We are currently looking for a

Group Fleet Manager.



The Group Fleet Manager will be responsible for ensuring an effective fleet management service to the Group. The role will be accountable for the effective management of the Group fleet [over 750 vans and cars] and delivering a best in class service to the Group and subsidiaries.

Main Purpose of the role:



The main purpose of the role is to oversee the complete lifecycle of the Group fleet. Managing all commercial vehicles, delivering an excellent fleet service to internal customers within budget and agreed service levels. Managing the Group car scheme for the management and leadership cohort.

Accountabilities/Responsibilities:



Effective management of the Group fleet of vans and vehicles Implementing effective fleet management reporting and budget management across Group Ensure all vehicles are operating in accordance with legislation and regulations Communicating with Insurance Brokers and Third Parties as appropriate Assisting with the drafting and implementation of effective policies and processes regarding fleet operations Overseeing strict vehicle maintenance and servicing schedules to minimise downtime Working closely with Procurement and Finance colleagues to develop strategies for improved cost efficiency Reviewing costs and making recommendations to the Executive team on new initiatives and proposals aligned to Group's sustainability commitments Manage fleet lifecycle from procurement to disposal in budget and timescales Line managing the Fleet team

Key Skills & Experience:



Proven delivery in a Group/ Fleet Manager role Experience of managing a team Ability to effectively manage challenging and conflicting priorities Organised, resilient and problem-solving abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders Effective leader, focussed on customer experience Innovative and proactive, driving continuous improvement in the management of Group fleet.

Pay: Up to 50,000.00 per year
