Job Description
Group Financial ControllerMorgan McKinley is partnering with a rapidly expanding and market leading business based near Exeter, to recruit a Group Financial Controller.The RoleReporting into the Group Finance Director, the Group Financial Controller role will be a pivotal position with leadership responsibility for a large team.Some of the key responsibilities for the role include:
- Oversight of the day-to-day operations of the finance function, including strategic leadership of the team.
- Business partnering with other areas of the business, ensuring finance supports and drives business performance.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, and lead on initiatives and projects.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting, including preparation of Group Consolidation and Annual Statutory Accounts.
- Oversee cash flow management and forecasting.
- Monitor financial performance and provide insight and data analysis to support decision making.
