About the role:

Working with a global FTSE listed business, leading the way in business intelligence and marketing insights. With expert teams and renowned brands, they create intelligence-based products, digital and in-person communities, and cutting-edge research for specialized markets worldwide.

This role is a Group Finance Manager assisting the team with BAU tasks across the group, supporting on M&A transactions, preparation for year end audit and involved with various project work. This is a 6 month role starting as soon as possible, and offering up to \xc2\xa3600 a day inside IR35. They offer hybrid remote working from London offices, 2-3 days a week in the office.

This role is supporting the finance team as there is a large acquisition integration as well as many more projects and acquisitions in the pipeline for the next few months. This role will be primarily supporting with group reporting, year end reporting, working on various projects, supporting on acquisition accounting including fair valuing, owning balance sheets, mapping accounts and supporting on all finance queries.

Prior experience with acquisition accounting and consolidation experience within a complex international business structure at a group level will be extremely beneficial. A background in audit and technical qualification (ACA/ACCA or equivalent) is essential.
