At David Lloyd we help our members to live a better life with a focus on physical and mental wellbeing and a sense of belonging. We are looking for energetic instructors to deliver one of David Lloyd\'s newest signature products \xe2\x80\x9cIGN1TE\xe2\x80\x9d.

IGN1TE has 2 different class formats that you can choose to deliver. IGN1TE Classic & IGN1TE Strike.

• IGN1TE strike is a choreographed workout which has martial arts-based movements to excite a cardio experience like no other! In each class there is always a challenge with our signature AMRAP track (as many rounds/reps as possible) to finish. IGN1TE is taught to adrenaline pumping music by our fantastic instructors, this is a great workout to kick away life\'s\' stresses.
• IGN1TE Classic is a high energy choreographed workout which has more of an athletic approach and includes strength-based exercises to create a cardio experience like no other! In each class there is always a challenge with our signature AMRAP track (as many rounds/reps as possible) to finish. IGN1TE is taught to adrenaline pumping music by our fantastic instructors, this is a great workout to kick away life\'s\' stresses.

Our expectations are that classes must be safe, well attended and professionally taught and that our members always leave your class having had an amazing experience.

So what qualifications, skills and experience do I need?

• Hold a minimum of a current L2 or L3 CIMSPA qualified trainer.
• Follow choreography & work experience in delivering high energy classes to music
• Can Implement their own style of teaching to create a unique experience.
• Mix styles from an athletic feel to an MMA feel (If teaching IGN1TE Strike)
• Explain the technical cues clearly and physically meet the demands of the work out Show a good level of fitness.
• Takes responsibility to remain current and up to date with your qualification.
• Have effective communication skills, with the ability to build rapport motivate!
• Able to adapt a class to accommodate a wide range of ages and ability, recognising Every-BODY is different and unique.
• Good time keeping, Trustworthy, reliable, friendly, professional.
