As we continue to grow, we're seeking experienced Groundworkers and Machine Operators who take pride in their work and are ready to make an immediate impact on both residential build sites and civil engineering projects.

MAIN CHALLENGES

These roles demand adaptability to diverse construction environments, including residential and civil engineering sites, requiring precision and adherence to safety protocols. Candidates must be prepared for physically demanding tasks, operate heavy machinery, and meet tight project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

JOB PURPOSE

Contribute to the successful delivery of residential and civil engineering projects by preparing and maintaining construction sites, ensuring that all groundwork and machinery operations are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Gang of 3 or single individuals to work on development sites near Tewkesbury for Immediate start:

o Experience of house drainage and building up from foundation to oversight.

o H&S 1 day awareness as a minimum

o CSCS and Excavator tickets would be desirable but not essential.

Gang of 3 or singles to work on a deep drainage project Lydney - Mid May start

Machine Driver and 2 x Steel fixers for civils project M4/M5 junction. - May start
