Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficient and smooth workflow. Ensure shelves are stocked, displays are organised, and products are rotated according to company standards. Manage store layout and merchandise displays to maximise sales. Maintain high levels of customer service and operational standards. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Monitor store inventory and place orders as needed. Provide a high quality of customer service going above and beyond to help our valued customers. Oversee in-store promotions.
