We offer hybrid working, with 3 days per week in the office and 2 days based from home.About the role xe2x80xa6This role is centered around creative and artworking services across Sally Europe, working closely with creative services team (Studio) support the delivery of the marketing communications. You will continually raise the bar on creativity, working to brief and delivering inspiring and exciting solutions to attract our target audiences on time and in full. This involves creative communication across multiple channels, including print and digital (website and social media). You will act as brand custodian, be responsible for the asset library, to ensure all communications created and produced are in-line with brand guidelines.Key Responsibilities xe2x80xa6

• Delivery of creative art working services for SEU (Internal & External) for print and digital
• Work with allocated briefs and translate to design concepts
• Creation of designs and assets to support campaign and promotional activity, working with internal and external partners
• Influencing the business and seeking new ways of presenting products, brands and campaigns to enhance customer engagement, always looking for ways to improve.
• Lead the development of a set of creative templates that can then be used by all channel owners
• Editing & retouching of imagery
• Creating & editing Animation

About you ...

• Experience in printed & digital design (both B2C and B2B)
• A demonstrable interest in and understanding of design trends, best practices and usability principles
• Experience of translating creative briefs to design concepts
• Mac literate with excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, After Effects and Premier
• Ability to manage time effectively, working to and delivering against deadlines on multiple briefs
• HTML and responsive web design desirable
• Tenacious attention to detail
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with a creative and independent mind-set, while still working within a team environment and fostering team collaboration
