Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Photographic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. You will engage with customers, assist them in finding products, and contribute to the overall success of our retail environment. You must have a passion for Photography and/or Graphic Design and customer service, as you will need to utilise your skills in these areas.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.

- Provide knowledgeable advice on products.

-Be able to confidently upsell products and services.

- Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring all merchandise is displayed effectively.

- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the till point.

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints professionally.

- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and product rotation.

- Utilise social media platforms to promote products and engage with customers online.

- Participate in promotional events and sales initiatives to drive store performance.

Skills

- Proficiency in photo editing and graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop is required .

- Strong background in photography is a plus, enhancing your ability to connect with customers.

- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.

- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in merchandising displays.
