Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of design principles and be proficient in various design software. This role requires a passion for visual storytelling and the ability to produce engaging graphics that resonate with our audience. The Graphic Designer will work closely with other team members to develop innovative designs for both digital and print media.

Key Responsibilities:

Liaise with clients to clarify the aims of the project brief, ensuring a clear understanding of goals and objectives. Discuss and recommend suitable media, software, and technology for each project. Develop project timelines and define budgetary constraints in alignment with client requirements. Conduct research into the project, review previous related work, and compare cost-effective design processes. Prepare sketches, scale drawings, models, colour schemes, and mock-ups for client presentation and feedback. Create detailed specifications and instructions for the realization of the project. Collaborate with other production team members to ensure seamless integration of design with other elements and timelines. Produce or oversee the creation of the final design product, ensuring high quality and client satisfaction. Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required to support project and team needs.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential. Experience with video editing software is a plus. Strong understanding of digital design principles and best practices for online marketing. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously. A keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity in all aspects of design work. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively present ideas and collaborate with team members.

Pay: 30,000.00-33,000.00 per year
