Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will possess a good understanding of design principles and a passion for digital & print design. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing marketing assets that effectively communicate our brand message across various platforms. Your role will involve collaborating with other team members to develop innovative designs that resonate with our target market.

Responsibilities

Develop and design engaging graphics for all our digital platforms, including our website, social media platforms and email campaigns Create visual content using content management systems to enhance user experience and engagement. Create offline marketing materials to support the pharmacy portfolio, posters, window vinyls and leaflets Collaborate with marketing teams to produce designs that align with campaign goals and brand identity. Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs. Utilise tools such as adobe and canva Edit videos and create animations as needed to support marketing initiatives. Maintain an organised library of design assets and ensure all materials adhere to brand guidelines. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design to continuously improve skills.

Requirements

Proven experience in graphic design. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Familiarity with digital design principles and video editing software is advantageous. Strong understanding of content management systems and their application in design projects. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. A keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity in all aspects of design work.

Pay: 15,500.00-16,500.00 per year
