We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a passion for retail branding and visual storytelling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs across digital and print platforms to support marketing campaigns, in-store visuals, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
As our in-house Graphic Designer, you will work with an amazing team on some of the biggest brands in the MI industry, including Fender, Gibson, Roland, Yamaha, Shure and many more.
Responsibilities will include but not restricted to:
Design:
Design and produce high-quality visual content for retail stores, including signage, POS displays, packaging, window posters, and promotional materials.
Collaborate with marketing, eCommerce, commercial, and store teams to develop consistent brand visuals.
Create digital assets for email campaigns, social media, website banners, and online ads.
Maintain brand consistency across all design projects and marketing channels.
Prepare print-ready files and liaise with printers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor branding, and emerging design tools.
Assist in photoshoots, product styling, and post-production editing if needed.
Work with product team on new product launches.
Photography
Work with Brand & Campaign Manager to plan and execute high-quality product photography for instruments, gear, accessories, and store environments.
Capture lifestyle and promotional photography for use in marketing campaigns, social, and online.
Manage photo editing, retouching, and file organisation for marketing-ready use.
Work with team members to art-direct photo and video shoots when needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the retail or music industry.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, and brand identity.
Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills and ability to take feedback constructively.
Passion for music and familiarity with musical instruments, gear, or music culture is a big plus.
Photography skills for product and lifestyle content.
