FreshOnline provides web design and digital marketing services to businesses in 1066 country and the South East. We help small businesses to succeed online by building beautiful, modern websites and managing engaging digital marketing campaigns. Role Overview: As part of our creative team, you will plan, design and set up social media, email marketing and paid social campaigns. You will need to have a keen eye for detail and design and be able to create visually stunning campaigns as well as work on wider graphic design projects. You will need to be able to represent clients\xe2\x80\x99 brands, boost engagement and deliver an impressive ROI. You will need excellent writing skills to craft engaging campaigns that best represent our clients and deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Marketing:

  • Design and schedule visually compelling social media strategies for clients.
  • Craft engaging content for social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X etc), ensuring brand coherence and visual impact.
  • Monitor, track, and report on campaigns.
  • Run internal social media across a variety of platforms.
Email Marketing:
  • Design reusable email marketing templates and execute regular email marketing campaigns.
  • Work with a variety of email marketing platforms / CRM packages.
Paid Social Media Campaigns:
  • Conduct research and competitor analysis to create ideas for new ad campaigns.
  • Design, set up and manage, visually appealing paid social campaigns.
  • Regularly monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, identify optimisations and report on results.
Search Engine Marketing:
  • Conduct research and competitor analysis to create ideas for new ad campaigns.
  • Design, set up and manage, engaging Google Ads / paid search campaigns.
  • Regularly monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, identify optimisations and report on results.
Copywriting Using AI Tools:
  • Use AI tools such as ChatGPT to generate high quality written content for marketing campaigns and websites.
  • Research topics, develop prompts, proofread, and edit content to ensure its fact checked, grammatically correct and written in the customer\xe2\x80\x99s voice.
  • Try out new AI ways to make content even better.
SEO (Search Engine Optimisation):
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify focus keywords and ranking opportunities.
  • Plan and carry out on-page and off-page SEO tasks for our clients.
  • Complete technical SEO audits and troubleshoot errors.
  • Write and generate SEO friendly website copy and blogs utilising AI.
  • Monitor and report on results.
Client Consultation and Project Updates:
  • Attend customer briefings to understand client needs, objectives, and visual aspirations.
  • Keep in touch with clients to collect content needed and gauge feedback on draft campaigns.
  • Offer regular updates and reports to clients on their campaigns.
  • Ensure all work is documented and time tracked on our company software (currently Monday.com)
Stay Abreast of Digital Marketing and Design Trends:
  • Remain updated with emerging design inspirations and digital marketing best practices.
  • Complete ongoing relevant training and certifications related to the job role.
Experience and Skills Required:
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in digital marketing and graphic design.
  • Demonstrable expertise in graphic design, social media marketing, paid marketing, email marketing and content writing.
  • A keen eye for design \xe2\x80\x93 able to create and edit eye catching images and video content whilst following brand guidelines.
  • Excellent written English and the ability to write engaging headlines, captions, and content for marketing campaigns.
  • Experience working with Canva, social media scheduling tools (Agorapulse, Buffer, Hootsuite or similar) and email marketing software (Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor or similar).
  • Experience working with Website and SEO/SEM tools such as WordPress, SEMrush, Yoast, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Search Console.
  • Certified or working towards the \xe2\x80\x9cDigital Marketing Associate\xe2\x80\x9d and \xe2\x80\x9cCreative Strategy Professional\xe2\x80\x9d Meta Blueprint certifications.
  • Certified or working towards the \xe2\x80\x9cGoogle Ads Search\xe2\x80\x9d and \xe2\x80\x9cGoogle Ads Display\xe2\x80\x9d and \xe2\x80\x9cGoogle Ads Video\xe2\x80\x9d professional Google Ads certifications.
  • Certified or working towards relevant SEMrush academy and Brightlocal academy certifications.
  • A self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a team with a can-do attitude.
