Our People Team is expanding as the incredible Zopa growth journey continues - and we\'re excited to offer an entry level role to join our high performing team.
We\'re looking for a tenacious, pro-active and personable graduate or school leaver who\'s looking to begin their career in HR. This role will offer unparalleled access to each area of HR with support to gain their CIPD qualification via the apprenticeship programme.
This role will start within our Talent Acquisition function. Supporting all aspects of interview scheduling using our new automated tool whilst learning about our business, people processes and supporting on wider team projects. Over time, there will be the opportunity to move into other areas of the people team and gain further insights and experience.
Reporting initially to our People Operations Manager you\'ll be part of a 20+ strong people team and provides support to more than 650 Zopians
