The opportunity

We're looking for a driven and enthusiastic Graduate Trainee - QHSE to join our team to support our Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental activities. This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your academic knowledge in a practical, fast-paced manufacturing setting while gaining experience across compliance, auditing, and continuous improvement.

What will I do?

As part of the QHSE team, you'll play a key role in upholding our high standards and driving improvement across the business. Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting the implementation and ongoing management of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 17025 systems Assisting with internal audits and compliance checks Supporting health and safety initiatives, risk assessments, and incident investigations Monitoring environmental performance and supporting sustainability projects Helping to maintain accurate QHSE records and documentation Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and safety standards are consistently met Staying up to date with relevant legislation and industry best practice
What skills and qualifications do I need?

You will have:

A degree in a relevant subject (e.g. Environmental Science, Health & Safety, Quality Management, Engineering, or a related discipline) A strong interest in QHSE and a desire to build a career in this field An organised and methodical approach to work Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with colleagues at all levels An eagerness to learn and a proactive, can-do attitude Good attention to detail and the ability to follow processes accurately The ability to work under pressure within often challenging schedules
