As Graduate Trainee for Engineering, you will have the unique opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of engineering processes through rotational placements in key areas such as Projects, Reliability, and Automation. Throughout the two-year programme, you will be involved in activities that drive continuous improvement in cost, reliability, demand, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:



Participate in the rotational programme with assignments in key engineering areas. Lead problem-solving investigations for production/engineering issues. Support process monitoring and data analysis to identify areas for improvement. Initiate and participate in continuous improvement activities. Support change controls and quality events. Prepare, review, and edit relevant documentation (SOPs, Training Packages, Protocols, Reports). Engage with stakeholders to establish project requirements and support project delivery.

Knowledge, skills and experience:



Education:

Expected or obtained 2.1 or higher Bachelor's/Master's degree in an Engineering-related discipline.

Experience:

Experience working within a team environment; completion of an industrial or summer placement in a manufacturing facility is preferred.

Skills:

Strong problem-solving, communication, and innovation skills. Ability to manage complexity and execute tasks effectively.
