We are looking for a versatile individual to join our team in a key role that combines
administrative
support,
marketing
and graduate-level
town planning
responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a background in town planning and a passion for project management and client relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct and manage various planning activities.
Oversee day-to-day admin tasks, including invoicing
Ensure projects meet client requirements and deadlines
Maintain quality control of project outputs
Contribute to business development, including work winning and marketing initiatives including social media marketing
Manage client relationships
Confidently and professionally represent at meetings.
Look after the office/ daily upkeep
Produce high-quality professional reports.
Manage immediate staff, including timesheets, holidays, CPD, and training.
Stay current with technical knowledge and expertise in town planning.
Engage in continuous professional development through training courses, internal CPD sessions, and wider reading.
