Graduate Teaching Assistant role available in Southwark, South East London Rate: \xc2\xa385 - \xc2\xa3100 per day depending on experience. Start Date: September Location: Southwark South West London Contract Term: Long term ongoing or perm Contract Type: Full Time Your new company Hays Education is currently working alongside Secondary School based in Southwark, South East London who are seeking a committed Teaching Assistants with a desire to work 1:1 or small groups with students. This role is to start as soon as possible on a full-time basis. It is a temporary role till the rest of the academic year (July 2024). Your new role The successful applicant will work with students and staff offering support which could be some or all the following areas 1:1 classroom support, SEN support, offering general classroom assistance, learning support assistance subjects related and exam invigilating. You will be working closely with students and will need to build strong rapport with child as these students can struggle socially. What you\'ll need to succeed You must have children or school related experience, and this will need to be reference proven. A prior knowledge of the national curriculum would be extremely beneficial. The successful TA will have the opportunity to work within a supportive and friendly Secondary School in Southwark, South West London. Teachers and SENCo will be main point of support. DBS on update service would be beneficial as the role is to start as soon as possible but not essential.
