A great opportunity to join our Sales Team based at Trane UK Ltd from the Scotland office. To take responsibility for supporting the external Sales Team by conducting the following duties in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Handle Incoming Sales calls
- Take notes and pass to relevant Sales Engineer
- Provide quotations to customers
- Select and provide Technical Specs for Ancillary Equipment
- Produce Draft Quote templates as required
- Produce Draft Costings
- Evaluate Export Enquiries and administer/distribute where relevant
- Maintain a Technical Files
- Ensure Enquiries are logged and distributed effectively internally to either Sales or Engineering
- Liaise with Sales Order processing as required
- Attend sales meetings as required
- Attend Technical meetings as required
- Mechanical Engineer Degree is an advantage
- Previous experience of working in a technical environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Customer Service experience and good telephone manner
- Computer skills intermediate to advance
