Nexus Consulting Engineers Ltd are looking for a Graduate Structural Engineer to assist the existing structural and civil engineers in their day to day work. This opportunity will allow you to work on a variety of projects from residential to industrial and with a wide range of materials.

Nexus currently offer staff Hybrid Working with the team based out of the Cross Hands office 2 days a week, with the remaining days based from home.

Qualifications / Experience:

Min. 2:1 BEng in Structural / Civil Engineering 2 years' experience within a structural engineering consultancy is preferred but candidates with 1 or more years experience in a consultancy will be considered. Excellent communication and numerical skills Proficient in the use of Tedds, Microsoft Office Packages, AutoCAD. Experience of designing in Steel, Concrete, Timber & Masonry is preferred but not essential. Be able to demonstrate a commitment to learning and development.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Preparation of drawings & calculation packages. Assisting the engineers with design and drafting work. Issue of documents
Hours : 37.5 hrs per week.

For the correct candidate, part time hours may be considered.

Holiday allowance : 23 days per year + Bank Holidays + Your Birthday Off
