Role Summary:
We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic
Graduate Sports Therapist
to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about musculoskeletal health, rehab, and helping people get back to doing what they love - whether that's elite sport or everyday activity.
You'll work closely with a supportive, multidisciplinary team including experienced sports therapists, osteopaths, physiotherapists and pilates instructors, and have the chance to grow your caseload with guidance and mentoring along the way.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough initial assessments of musculoskeletal injuries and conditions.
Create and deliver evidence-based treatment and rehabilitation plans tailored to each client.
Apply manual therapy techniques, soft tissue treatments, and functional rehab exercises.
Educate clients on injury prevention, self-management, and long-term recovery.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical records.
Work collaboratively with the wider clinical and admin team to ensure a high standard of care.
Participate in CPD opportunities and keep up to date with the latest clinical practices.
Contribute to the positive culture of the clinic and support the growth of the business.
Requirements:
BSc (Hons) in Sports Therapy
Membership of a relevant professional body (e.g. SST or BASRaT)
A strong interest in musculoskeletal rehab and sports injuries
Confident communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a clinical setting
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable (but not essential):
Previous experience in a clinical or sports setting (e.g. student placement, sports team)
Interest in Reformer Pilates (teaching opportunities available)
Experience using exercise prescription software or clinic management systems
