We will show you how to:

Accurately and efficiently coordinate all aspects of the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to candidate placement, working closely with our team of recruiters, hiring managers, and the recruitment team manager Confidently lead team huddles and meetings, providing valuable insights into role and job board performance, to guide recruiters on the most effective routes to market in an ever-changing recruitment marketplace Become our Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) super user, offering ideas for process improvement Build the knowledge to become our team subject matter expert in data privacy policy and the UK's data protection legislation, and apply this knowledge to the maintenance of accurate candidate records, interview notes, and recruitment outcomes in line with our data privacy policy Create, analyse and feedback on in-house recruitment data to support the recruitment manager in delivering longer-term team strategy Develop high level communication skills to build effective working relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners, ensuring that we get value for money from suppliers, and have the appropriate terms and conditions in place Successfully lead cross-functional people team projects to achieve business objectives

About you:

A recent university graduate with an interest in recruitment Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously A positive and proactive attitude, with a genuine interest in learning and growing Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
