A great opportunity to join our Sales Team based at Cumbernauld, Scotland for Trane UK Ltd. To take responsibility for supporting the external Sales Team by conducting the following duties in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Handle Incoming Sales calls
- Take notes and pass to relevant Sales Engineer
- Provide quotations to customers
- Select and provide Technical Specs for Ancillary Equipment
- Produce Draft Quote templates as required
- Produce Draft Costings
- Evaluate Export Enquiries and administer/distribute where relevant
- Maintain a Technical Files
- Ensure Enquiries are logged and distributed effectively internally to either Sales or Engineering
- Liaise with Sales Order processing as required
- Attend sales meetings as required
- Attend Technical meetings as required
- Mechanical Engineer Degree is an advantage
- Previous experience of working in a technical environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Customer Service experience and good telephone manner
- Computer skills intermediate to advance
